The Mecha Wars
This is an exort of a sci-fi story I am writing.

Prologue:

The year 2543 AD, after many millennia of use the Earth's water supply is dangerously low. The Humans are left trying to find a way to create or collect water. Riots begin, fires start and water can't be spared to put them out. Emerging from the chaos comes a lone scientist with the way to hope, the humans would have to live near Antarctica and the North Pole, or in the sky in cities also used to collect rain.
But as this technology is improved so are other things: machines of war and destruction. All in the hands of one empire, Gelinka. The super-power has taken over all the landmasses except Antarctica, they control the second most powerful water line, which the people will need in time. All that is safe from they're ruthless rule is Antarctica and the remaining sky-cities, but their water supply is running low, their time running short. Many rebel groups have arisen, begun taking water from Gelinka's water runs. This is a story of one such group.
